David Wasserstrum possesses over 35 years of experience in CPA firms. He specializes in providing consulting, technical and compliance services in the areas of deferred compensation, employee benefits, and executive compensation. David's work includes assisting clients with all pension, compensation, and employee benefit issues, such as qualified retirement plan self-audits, nonqualified deferred compensation plan issues ,equity based compensation, including stock options and restricted stock, separation pay plans, health and welfare plan issues, merger and acquisition due diligence, services for not-for-profit organizations, IRS examinations and compliance programs and DOL compliance programs.
In addition, David also has extensive teaching experience. For over twenty years, David has served as an Associate and/or an Adjunct professor for New York University, C.W. Post University, and The Stan Ross School of Accountancy at Baruch college, all at the graduate school level.
