Guillaume has more than 12 years of experience in the Insurance and Reinsurance industry, working with large international groups listed on the Paris Stock Exchange notably. He spent the first nine years of his career at Mazars Headquarters in Paris and has been working in New York City since 2008.

Guillaume is seasoned to complex projects audit such as business combinations, portfolio transfers, IPOs, securitizations, and SOX 404, and he is familiar with (re)insurance specifics in several GAAPs, including IFRS, US Statutory, US GAAP and Canadian GAAP. In addition to Attest services, Guillaume is also involved with non attest services such as Solvency II projects and IFRS conversion, using his dual accounting and actuarial background.
