As the partner-in-charge of the Services to Lenders group, Ken conducts due diligence reviews on behalf of lenders, as well as mergers and acquisition and forensic due diligence.
Ken assists lenders in making credit decisions and monitoring their customers’ financial and operational performance. His experience includes both new and recurring examinations conducted on behalf of commercial banks, asset-based lenders, and factors. He has diverse industry experience and has assisted lenders in structuring new loans, DIP financing and workout arrangements.
