Michael Flagiello has more than 25 years of leadership experience building financial infrastructure and managing financial activities for both start-up ventures and large, global companies. An accomplished strategist, his vision and expertise in business performance has driven measurable results. He offers a rare blend of financial discipline matched with creative strategic operational strength. He has spent a significant portion of his career in CFO roles; ensuring companies he serves have the financial capacity to successfully execute their business initiatives. Michael works closely with clients in decreasing risk, increasing efficiency, and reducing costs in complex global environments.
Michael has led major integration projects for large multi-national banking clients. His leadership expertise enabled a 150 person team from multiple consulting firms meet the client’s finance department consolidation timeline.
