Michael has more than 30 years of experience working in a multitude of tax related areas. Most notably, he has extensive international tax experience with a great deal of concentration in financial services and capital markets. He displays industry experience with hedge funds, banking, insurance, manufacturing, and advertising. He also has executed the preparation and review of tax returns and tax provisions for public and private corporations, including consolidated groups, large partnership returns, and high net-worth individuals. Michael holds Series 3, 7, 24, 27, and 63 licenses.
