Shahab is the head of the Real Estate Services Group at WeiserMazars and has more than 20 years of experience providing accounting services to middle market businesses. He specializes in providing auditing, accounting, tax and consulting services to the real estate industry. His clients include real estate investment advisors, private equity, real estate investment funds, residential builders, commercial and residential building owners and managers, as well as shopping center developers and operators.

Shahab has expertise in the area of litigation support services and has consulted with clients across several industries regarding loss profit calculations, business valuations, fraud investigation and other forensic accounting matters. He also has assisted with financing transactions as well as with mergers and acquisitions including due diligence reviews.
