Victor currently serves as WeiserMazars LLP’s partner-in-charge of the New York Office and as a member of the firm’s Executive Board. Victor is responsible for strategic initiatives including practice development and practice integration, as well as client acceptance and continuance. Victor also serves as the partner-in-charge of the Apparel Services Group and is a founding member of the ATAC Network, an international group of prominent accountants and consultants serving the apparel industry.

Victor has extensive finance and operations experience specifically in mergers/ acquisitions/divestitures, including acquisition integration, financing strategies, business process improvements, profit planning, product and customer profitability, and strategic planning.
